2. Use License

is granted to temporarily download of one copy of the materials (information or software)
on FitBike's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the
grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license User may not:
Modify or copy the materials;

serviced prior to a service notification, that FitBike may fail to send a service notification,
that FitBike may improperly send a service notification and that any of the preceding may
result in a physical or property damage to the User or a third party,
User expressly agrees that cycling carries inherent and significant risks of property
damage, bodily injury or death and that user voluntarily assumes all known and unknown
risks associated with cycling even if caused in whole or in part by the action, inaction, or
negligence of FitBike or by the action, inaction or negligence or others.
c. The User agrees to fully indemnify and hold harmless FitBike and Strava from any and all
actions or proceedings resulting from or associated with User’s use of FitBike. FitBike
shall have sole authority to select it’s legal representation and other advisors.
d. The materials on FitBike's website are provided to the User "as is." FitBike makes no
warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates any and all other
warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of
merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
e. FitBike does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely
results, or reliability of its website. Furthermore, Fitbike specifically does not guarantee
that service alerts will be issued when requested, or that service may not be required
earlier than requested.
FitBike and its subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, and agents make no warranty that: (a)
The service will meet your requirements; (b) your content will be available or the service
will be uninterrupted, timely secure or error free; (c) The results that may be obtained
from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable; (d) The Quality of any products,
